Day 42- Nautical Polka Dot Skirt

So I have really good friends. My friends understand my love for all things fashionable and cheap, and this particular friend found this cute Target skirt and picked it up for me! Thanks Veronica!! The top is from Old Navy and I believe it was $2.00. The cardigan, jewelry and shoes were all gifts from assorted stores! I tried to showcase my sock bun in this picutre, but this was toward the end of the day so it looks a bit messy. Total cost $2.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
