Day 15- Teal Ruffle Dress

I wear this dress ALL summer becuause it's sooooo comfortable. I purchased it at Gap for $5.00 on clearance a couple years back and I am still in love with it. I may sew a couple dresses using it as a template for Europe in the future. The belt is from Rue 21 and was $2.00. It's super versatile and just happens to match perfectly with my Target riding boots that I picked up for $9.00.  I got the vintage inspired necklace from my mom for free :). The total cost for this lovely outfit = $16.00
