Day 16- Wool Pencil Skirt

This pencil skirt is much longer than most of my other ones. It is also a heavy wool fabric, so it's best to be worn in the winter and colder fall months. It features a built in fabric belt and was given to me, as well as the scarf, so they are free! The top is a Vera Wang that I snagged for $4.00 at Kohls and the shoes were from Journey's for 4.99.
